Fisch was launched in the summer of 2024 as a premium producer and importer of high-quality, distinctive seafood from across Scandinavia, with a strong focus on serving the Australian and Japanese markets.
Our mission is simple: to bring healthy, sustainable, and truly exceptional seafood to the table, products that stand apart from the crowded landscape of mass-market offerings. Every item in our range is handcrafted with meticulous attention to detail, using time-honoured techniques and nothing artificial, just pure, natural seafood in its original form.
Fisch is a family-owned Australian company with a distinctly European sensibility, shaped by northern European roots and expressed through clean design and traditional craftsmanship.
